Terry,

I only use the NYSE advances and declines. This buy signal is very minimal, but can't be ignored. If it stays intact through this Friday's close, I would expect this signal to forecast a significant rally from these levels.

BTW, I lived in Japan for two years some time ago, I loved it there, on the southern island of Kyushu. The people were very good to me, fascinating culture.
