NEWS!NEWS!-HIGHER PRODUCTION $ NASD Bulletin Board - AIRP NEWS RELEASE As a result of extensive market research in the Silicon Valley by APTI, it was determined there was sufficient demand for the Company's proprietary and patented products that required the Company, as a manufacturing facility, to do major re-engineering of its machines and related equipment. A quality control laboratory was installed and a retrofit program which began October 1997 was completed in July 1998 at a total cost of approximately $800,000. The retrofit program bas resulted in high & production capability and a superior product. The average sales to the semi-conductor industry to Mid JULY 1998 were approximately $23,000 per month. Sales from the second half of July are currently averaging $80,000 per month while operating a single shift. The Company continues to operate with a working capital shortage of approximately $100,000 per month. APTI is currently negotiating to raise additional capital.
