Jeff,
In my mind, you are right about the insiders. The reason why I'm leery about averaging down (more than I already have) is the prospect that these same insiders who have already made 200% this past week, may now take their profits and watch the stock settle back to the 10 cent range. We have only one piece of good news and I would like more news before spending another cent. Submitted for discussion.
