I use a series of moving averages with Bollinger Bands as one of my main modes of analysis. 13day, 34day are very useful but so is longer terms like 13 week and 34 week. The ordinary 20 day Bollinger band isn't that much use I find. I'll send you my SPX chart (Excel) if you like) David
