REXI merger

Hi, Dr. Seuss

I too have been following REXI closely. And it is clear that we have not heard the last word on the buyout. I am waiting to see details. If it opens near $15, I may go in short, since the risk on the short side will be so much less than the risk on the long side.

I would caution you to be careful, however, about basing your investment on Mr. Pluvia's report. If you have been following REXI's Yahoo thread closely, you would see that Mr. Pluvia had some fundamental misunderstandings about how REXI handled gain on sale accounting. This doesn't mean that REXI isn't a good short sale candidate. It just means that you should judge the accounting issues yourself, rather than trusting Mr. Pluvia.

Yours,

The Boom Dog
