John: With a new accounting firm coming on board soon I wouldn't expect RECY to file its yearly and final Qtr report in December... They will understandably probably file for an extension... I listed the P/E for your solid waste company of 465 to show the vulnerability of the stock price in a BEAR market... If the P/E falls to 40, the stock price could lose 90% of its value very quickly... I agree though that any profit is better than no profit... I also agree that RECY has to show that it can manage its business to generate internal profit growth as well as the growth that comes from Acquisitions... I believe that they have the management talent to do this... RECY's management is very deep in operational experience while Metals Management is deep in Wall Street/Financial type management... RECY has the edge here in this difficult market... To use an analogy... If I were on a ship in the middle of Iceberg waters I'd want a crew that has the operational experience rather than people with banking experience... Jim
