That's my feeling. Either this was orchastrated to leave REXI sitting at +4 1/8 for a good part of the day (and scare folks into putting in cover/buy orders) or the SEC stepped in and said HOLD IT to whatever was going on. If it was a simple case of letting them get ready for the onslaught of buys, it would be trading again. The longer this takes, the better for shorts. So I'll gladly wait while my declaration of Shenanigans stands. For those of you who don't watch South Park, I apologize for the content joke here. Dr. Seuss
