Fuchi, With Casio using the GX in a mini laptop, and today's announcement about the Windows terminals, Cyrix is starting to crack a really tough nut (Sony's K6 announcement doesn't hurt, either). I know of no people in the world that are stronger conformists than the Japanese. Only recently some of the youth have "dared to be different." It is not an easy thing for a Japanese company to make the decision to use a non Intel product. This is not because they believe that Intel chips will make their products more successful in the market place. It is because using a non Intle chip would carry the stigma of being a noncomformist; a label that is worse than death in Japan. Pravin.
