Gv, I have re-read the July warning and do not see where you are coming up with, " management's guidance from July, earnings will be $0.13/share for 1998". Please refer me to that part which I missed. From July 1, 1998, this is the most negative part that I could find. "We believe our technological capabilities and these investments should provide the company with a further competitive edge in the future, however in the near-term, the costs associated with these efforts will continue to impact the bottom line." You must see the "near term" as longer than one quarter. Would they not be more specific if this were the case. Are they not required to do so if this is the case? Why no additional warnings at this time? SG
