John and anyone else, I'm writing a speech for a Canadian govt. conference on Y2K (theme: Are We Ready?), and need a couple of examples of companies or govt. agencies that made a sincere and earnest effort to become compliant, only to have testing reveal the opposite. I vaguely remember an earlier post regarding an Aussie manufacturing plant whose testing revealed that there would have been a veritable meltdown had the test occurred in real time, etc. Any and all help would be appreciated. The more international the examples, the better.

Thanks in advance.

Ken
