Well you can now buy CSE for about 1/2 of its book value or net assets. I really guess no one ever looks at financial statements anymore. Just sell because everyone else is. Lets see now 2.294 million of net assets, stock market capitalization of 1.290 million. Surely there is no value there?! And of course there is no value in a stock price which is lower than it has been in the last 4 years. And even below the spin off price in mid 1994. Yep no value here. Just sell.
