Wes, Are you a prosecutor? The venom which you use in your statements sound almost as though you are running for office, calling for a new tough crime bill to put all the criminals behind bars. Most of the attorneys whom I know have a more balanced sense of things. Your accusation the other day that the terms of probation which you claim have been placed on JL do not seem that unusual in this day and age. Most probationers are not allowed to participate in illegal activities and are required to submit to random drug screening. At least that is what I understand in my discussions with those acquaintances who are defense attorneys. As far as the filing, which you stated, ASTG had made regarding JL I did request a copy of that from ASTG100@aol.com the other day and it has not been forthcoming. What would you suggest is a reasonable period to wait? Was I perhaps using the wrong address? John Sparks.
