Thanks for your suggestion.

I downloaded the earliest file which was for
09-19-1998 which was a Saturday and contained
fundamental data. When I ran the update program qp_proc.exe,
it noted that there was no data for 09-21 through the present
and I was asked if this was a holiday. Knowing that if I said
no, it would EXIT, I said yes.

The program ran to its conclusion.

I then downloaded 09211998.qpl and ran the update program.
This time it found 'no data for 09211998' although
the file 09211998.qpl is in the incoming directory.

Any suggestions? Incidentally, I sent Gary email for guidance
on this matter 3 days ago but have not heard back about it yet.
