Lets talk about who Radcliffe , Mitchell and Weiss are...well they are nobody...no listing with directory assistance: No trace of them on the Internet: When you call directory assistance and ask for the home residence of Roy Nazaroff they give you the same number that is listed as the Business office of Radclife mitchell & weiss.. They do not possibly have the resources to buy a 300 million dollar company that has been cooking their books. Due Diligence is the operative word in the press release. This is a brazen fraud and manipulation..SEC investigation was initiated today
