we know because andy mann is looking for stock to obey injunction order. andy mann even call company looking for free trading stock. stock freezed at dtc is 144 used to back many short in canada. dtc say if company say this certificate is free trading stock in pr they will lift freeze. company say no because it is not free trading stock. dtc now named to suit. andy mann now know his time has run out. he looks to find free trading stock to obey injunction. spider
