Spoke to WSTL today, They were never in a "Black Out" period, Rather directors and officeres were "RESTRICTED" to buy/sell due to 30 days prior to earnings release and are therefore still restricted. Dr. Tech had first mentioned this "Restriction" back in July???

I suspect we will be hearing from the Dr. tonight being that we hit new lows...
