Special Meeting Today It is now official and only a formality remains in winding down the legal entity of Arakis.Just over 99 % of the vote endorsed the boards recommendation to vote in favour of the Talisman proposal. With > 48 million in favour, still 400 thousand voted against the proposal. The process lasted 30 minutes which included a 10 minute presentation from Mr. Buckee of Talisman providing an overview of the opportunities within their company. He advised that there is approx. 500 kms. of welded pipe currently laid and is impressed with what he saw from the chinese contractors. The dream is now dead, hopefully this will provide upside an upside play through Talisman for those who will be exchanging our shares.
