Sam, I have a question for you about Southwest. I know that Southwest has always bragged about being on-time and everything and I was wondering how do they define on-time. I have flown them four times so far and every time that I have flown them, they usually leave about 5-10 minutes late and arrive about 5-10 minutes late. I was just wondering if there is a window that they consider for on-time purposes or not? Also, with revenue yields being low in the 4th Quarter, why would they go and run another sale for the new year. It seems that almost few months they are having another sale. They already have the cheapest prices in the airline industry and so why do they need to keep discounting? Just wondering. Bryan Arnold
