Thanks for the great responses to our questions. The problem with Reg S stock if it is leaking onto the market is that the float was only3 mil a while ago. If 2 mil more shares were to have dumped it would have wiped out the price. It sounds like the company has this under control only I wish you could have said they have the shares restricted rather than they are working on the restrictions. Wonder if GG would let us know how he found out about the Reg S offering. Neither you nor the company announced it (for obvious reasons.) Could GG be someone involved with shorting and therefore wishing to frighten us or is he just a good snooper that dug up real facts in a timely manner. Only the Reg S holders, insiders and market makers are usually the ones knowing about this type of financing. The stock chart looks very good right now. Pick up in volume and price this whole week. Could the short players be running out of gas? If the Reg S shares not being restricted have been unloaded, we are on the way back!
