Tracy, I think the hold-up is the filing of the required financial reports with the SEC. Also, it is my understanding that the MM's can't file the required paperwork to resume trading until the company supplies them with the necessary information from their financials. This sounds like an impasse that can only be resolved by the company's compliance with SEC regulations. The company seems to have an awful lot riding on their action here. I hope compliance will mean a resolution in their favor soon.
