Dont underestimate my guy at Real Goods..I think there is a problem thats real with the manufacturer you are connected with and they should be notified to make dam sure it is rectified...if not it becomes a problem for ECD who liscensed them...?.."My Guy" is now testing Quest's batteries to see if they are any better? They sincerely want a safer battery...one of the reason they guarantee Nicads for life is so that people will return them to Real Goods for proper recycling..
