Am I the only one that doesnt want to sell to LU? (eom) Are you sure Ascend can take on mighty Cisco without the loving and protective arms of Lucent? Perhaps they can, but not a sure bet. I would sell to any reasonable offer from LU. I define reasonable as 70+/share. bucky89
