Another recent press release from ZMAX regarding a Y2k alliance:

WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 27, 1996--ZMAX Corp. (OTC:ZMAX)
announced Wednesday that its wholly owned subsidiary Century Services
Inc. (CSI) is pursuing opportunities under its teaming agreement
with First Technology Solutions (FTS) to provide VISION 2000(SM)
services to clients and prospective clients for `Year 2000'Projects.

FTS is a result of a merger between a former Bellevue, Nebraska U.S.
Dept.of Defense contractor, and a computer services group from
First National Bank of Omaha. FTS offers computer services and
products to the financial services industry
nationwide.

William A. Swick, division manager, at FTS stated that "...the reason
we chose CSI is because they have the most complete tool suite
available, proven in actual test scenarios, that found 100% of the
program changes required."

CSI has engineered a sophisticated change control process and
interactive software tool set which provides an economical,controlled,
and verifiable solution for computer software requiring change to
accommodate the year 2000 dates. Its proprietary VISION 2000(SM)
