> Our current price does not reflect the true value of FNTN

Helene,

FNTN does not have a true value. It has a perceived value.
At this time, the perceived value by the majority of investors - or speculators - is low. That value is based on a view of its future vs. the increased risk put in place by the following:

- lack of published financial data (and please don't go into the 'BB's don't have to report' thing. It is an option for them. For whatever reason, they have consciously chosen not to do so).
- the IDB deal. Many have said that it is probably better not to have made this acquisition. I tend to agree. However, it is bound to be a downside factor in some minds.
- the 'revelation' regarding Barry Stein. I regard these as relatively inconsequential and well in the past, but up to this point, there has been no suggestion that FNTN management is other than squeaky clean. Black mark for some.
- complete lack of announcement of signed deals. Are these in effect or not? If so, why haven't they said anything?
- a more general apparent inability to meet time targets. A few missed goals? No problem. But these difficulties seem to be ongoing.

Whether you or Wally or Bill or anyone else - including myself - feel that the positives outweigh the negatives is immaterial. Let's be realistic here. The fact is that until FNTN gets its act together and starts producing some results and making those results public, there will be downward pressure on the share price.
