Well, most of the networkers are at 52 week lows so I would argue the wealth has already been redistributed. They are buying back 1 million shares so, at these prices, it won't make a big dent in their cash. It will help future earnings look a little better on a per share basis.

P.S. I think in the next year or so the wealth will be redistributed all over again.
