Ouch, This is getting serious! The volume is not very great and I think that we could be getting maniplated by some preferred holders who are able to sell into low volume and then get the average price down so that they can convert at a very low price if the company makes an announcement that causes a spike up. Then, they can sell and make a major killing. It is time that management says something to defend the stock price. I will be away for a while, hopefully there will still be a stock price to come back to. We are at about $.08 (pre-reverse). Regards to all, Sheldon
