Sam- Good post from the past. However, the Venture Capitalists and Nettles did not cash out. The VC chairman of the board, Jon Bayless is buying as much as he can at these levels. The VCs are looking at CIEN as a "mezanine" investment with much better upside potential than downside. If the world goes into a complete depression, bets are off; however, I like the upside potential. LU is not going to get everything that moves. There is a lot of non Telco buyers that will buy CIEN product. Some of the Telco buyers will select second sources just to keep LU and NT honest. Best wishes Dan
