Hello James,

I don't believe that we would be worth the $10/share until the revenues with the new Edge contracts have ramped up or the TWC JV bore fruit, though I could be wrong.

So are you guessing that it will be another six months before we're sold? TWC JV doesn't even start 'till December, right? I don't think EDGE will get up to $100 million by itself until next year. Maybe the combination of the two can get us to 100 by December?

Whatever happened to finding a buyer by October?
