Dave, The problem of access denied invalid password has not recurred since I've made a conscious effort to enter my password and user name to the Datek server directly before entering the password in the Super Express form. I'm using Netscape 4.06. I just access daily activity or portfolio before doing anything else as soon as I load Super Express. Esteban
