Mandorin Goldfields Inc MGD Shares issued 15,741,120 Oct 6 close $0.05 Wed 7 Oct 98 Property Agreement Also International Canalaska Resources Ltd (ICA) The VSE has been advised that Mandorin Goldfields and International CanAlaska Resources have settled their dispute arising from a letter agreement dated July 19, 1995 concerning their Webb 1, 2 and 3 mining claims in Voisey Bay, Newfoundland.
