Wrongo, capital gains breath. Let me prepare your tax return and I'll use attorney rates - I'll only charge you a third of what I save you. BTW, all of my trades and monthly brokerage statements were examined. I don't know a CPA out there who wouln't use the first-in, first-out method in accounting for this sale. If your CPA does this to you, fire him.
