JSI, several buys by officers in June, July time frame seems to indicate a positive attitude. Not a lot of money involved but this was purchases-- not option exercises. Press release alludes to the fact that there is more to the story than just desulfuriization. They missed their schedule by several years but just might pull off the tsunami that Mr. Nasser alluded to. JP
