Nicholas, I completely agree, but there are plenty of other shortcomings in this (and many other) software package. #1 weakness for me is the inability to run a filtered series of scans as input into subsequent scans without juggling with their very weak data management facilities. Improved QP scanability now provides a great alternative. #2 is lack of macro shortcuts for batching repetitive functions. Running two unique explorations for daily and weekly is one of the lesser evils IMO, but I think that can be overcome w/ code workarounds. You'll find that user criticism and feedback may be the best and only way to move these behemoths to practically improve their product functionality. Equis traditionally hasn't done too well on this score.
