Exactly. CHRB is totally in the hands of insiders. This was insured by giving Everbright over 40% of the company. A big poison pill. Khris I think inevitable or not they are still more shares. Just don't want people to get the wrong idea about what is going on. One of the values in public companies is the fact that the shares could be bought like in a takeover. I don't see that possibility here. Management at chrb has expressed interest in long term stability and it appears to me they ment it. If absolute power doesn't always corrupt, we may be alright.
