Jim,

Well, it would appear that the price is closing in on .75 with RECY closing today at 15/16.

The big question becomes, do you buy more at these bargain prices or wait for a better price?

I'm telling you, honestly, no hype, nothing against RECY, that this company does not have the where with all to make it. Technically, they are probably in default of their financing agreement, and many of the acquisitions allow the previous owners to get additional shares if the price of the stock drops, that of course leads to dilution.

The only good thing about dilution for RECY is that it makes their loss less per share.

Sorry about RECY's fortunes, but remember it is best if you can learn something from it so that it doesn't happen to you again.

You seem like a really nice person and I have enjoyed discussing RECY with you.

John
