October 7 1998 - With reference to information published by JABA on October
2, 1998, regarding its Sullivan copper project in Southeastern Arizona,
JABA has been advised by the Alberta Stock Exchange that placing mineral
values expressed in per share terms, or in forward-looking revenue or
profitability terms, is contrary to specific regulations of the Exchange
including Circular 4 and National Policy 2A.
