Charliss - There is some potential action that I am not looking forward to.

Here is a Yahoo Message Board post by BearsSake that I found interesting:

This is my take on the Nasdaq delisting issue:

If a company needs $2M in net tangible assets or a market cap of $35M, RNTK would not meet either one of these requirements in order to maintain a Nasdaq listing. RNTK 10-Q filed with SEC on 8-12-98 shows total current assets of $1,305,472. Market cap would be $27.5M at todays closing price with a 40M share float. They don't meet either requirement.

Also, if delisting can begin after 10 consecutive days after failing to meet the $1/share price, well, then delisting could begin as early as Monday if RNTK does not return to $1/share within the next two days. Today was the eighth consecutive trading day that RNTK failed to meet the $1/share minimum. I certainly don't expect their share price to return to $1/share within the next two days.

To tell you the truth, I don't think a delisting could be avoided even with a reverse split because RNTK does not appear to be meeting the market cap and/or asset requirements.

Not a pretty picture. Comments?
