Hi REH, For what it is worth... rumors are:

Last week a former Cybear executive testified in behalf of MDIX in their ADRX law suit. On October 20 another Cybear executive will
also be testifying for MDIX.

I have no idea if this is true so take it with a grain of salt.

What is not a rumor and has me puzzled and worried is the S2
that MDIX filed 10-1.
