Thanks for throwing in your endorsement of Partition Magic...... as I told Sean, I have no doubts that it will be a valuable tool for me.

Dave, while I have your ear, whats the deal with the DEC based NIC chip you chose for your new machine? How do those NICs behave in comparison to the 3Com NICs (905)? I'm assuming 3Com uses a different chip. Basically why did you spec the DEC chip?
