Larry,, It wouldn't surprise me , now that I think about it, however I naivelly thought that they had to follow the rules as I do....Shows you what I know....Just a couple of days ago our boss informed us that the exchange was on a heavy duty paper chase to find anyone who was breaking the short rule, with heavy fines and discipline if caught. russell PS: strange how these rules favor the store, eh! If I want to uptick a stock, "no problem",,,Trading curbs are on the downside for the most part..
