Hot off the presses from IR: "The trading which occurs by our Executive management team is program trading, and can be seen historically, for the last few years. Periodically, it is necessary for Executive management to sell a small percentage of their holdings in an effort to diversify their holdings or to support other ventures. In the case of the recent sales by Michael Dell, the sale of these shares was used to support a recently opened personal capital venture firm owned by Michael Dell. Still, these trades represent less than 2% of Mr. Dell's holdings." :o) Drew
