Freeus...I thought the following might lift your spirits a bit. Ian Stromberg, on the SI Newbridge Network thread, posted this regarding the whole NT thing...but you can just substitute computers for communications.

The other option is that the Communications revolution will be declared over; the Internet is an abomination and its death will be declared; developing nations will decide not to use Communications technology to build a modern infrastructure; and all Telecom Equipment companies globally will never make another sale, declaring bankruptcy while the makers of Smoke Signal Equipment will suddenly prosper followed only by the Tin Can and String makers.

When everybody decides to get back in the market, Dell will be one of the first to rise. Premiums are just part of the price you pay to own the very best. But you all know that. In fact, I remember reading (too long ago to remember where) that when they did analysis of the stocks from 30 years ago that were considered to have had too high a P/E, that time showed that they really didn't. Since I never post, guess I should use this opportunity to thank all of you for everything I've learned on this thread. You've been ever so informative and entertaining.
