HI,
SEE MY POST #748. I doubt there would be a roll back until all the players in at higher prices have spent their last dollar averaging down. If the shares are rolled back, the stock will then likely return quickly to .10 as people capitulate in disgust. That is the time to buy, as PUG must raise a bunch of money for the projected 1999 budget (see previous post #774). DS will need a thin, tight stock in this market and I don't see any other way to do it.
