I spoke to Mark about potential delisting. He replied the normal way the Nasdaq handles this is to wait until the stock has traded for 20 consecutive days below $1. Then they MAY contact the company and tell them they have 3 months to get the price above $1. So there is most likely a minimum of 4 months before we need to worry about delisting. Take everything that BearSake on Yahoo says with a full shaker of thought. If you want to know why, read 30 or 40 of his posts.
