RM, <Bucket tested was close to the drill hole, not from the bulk ore> That is interesting...We were led to believe that the 30lbs sent to RDi was part of the Chain of Custody material that was held under lock and key in a Sealand trailer on Cimetta property...I guess I must have made a mistake..IMO the sample sent would have had to been someone outside of the influence of MAXAM so as to insure the sample was not tampered with..this common practice in COC's. <Leach recovery always shows higher OPTs than assay> Absolutely not.....fire assays on the average show from 20 to 50% more values that leaching....I could be wrong if you crank in Hewlett's secret potion...Call any assayer and get a second opinion..I have had over 100 leach and fire assays done in the last year ...all fire have exceeded leach/AA tests in all cases..This using cyanide. <Electron-Microprobe> It does do accurate analysis, pretty expensive, generally used to see what types of material the gold may be hung up in..Called one lab who uses the EM...they confirmed it is a good tool...they will also always send out material to be leached/AA and fired.... <Probable estimates>..what about the great results previously published...from your posts I presume they are going to bury those estimates along with the dirt they previously tested and go to better material..I thought from the WEB site that everything was just going great as to known and potential values.... Keep in touch with Chuca he is really showing me some real mining smarts...maybe both of you fellows should review them and ask yourself...did this ever happen? Where is the pilot plant? Where is the 10 ton a day plant?..other than blind faith, please let it be known what insight you two fellows have on MAXAM that you want to share with the rest of us,,,, You guys level with everyone and play a little hardball with MAXAM and you just might get them moving toward something positive... How can you guys just sit by and watch that 500k worth of equipment in the desert begin to rust. wl.
