I think you will see foreigners, particularly the Asians (re: Japanese), begin to pull funds out of the U.S. The equity markets as well as the dollar will weaken further. I'm not a gold bug, but I think if this occurs, and it will, it augurs very well for gold.

Remember, the best time to shift out of one market and into another, is when you are pulling money out of a strong currency to put it into a weaker one. In this case you have a very powerful currency play because the U.S. dollar has never been as strong vis-a-vis the yen.
