JIM I AGREE THE TIMING OF THIS COULD BE EMPLOYEE SELLING AND IF THATS THE CASE IT WILL BE SHORT LIVED ALL THE EMPLOYEES I HAVE TALKED TO SAID THEY WOULD TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN BUT I TALKED THEM OUT OF IT BECAUSE I EXPLAINED THE LONG TERM BANEFITS OF HOLDING GIVE IT A WEEK OR TWO IT WILL BE BACK ON ITS STEADY COURSE ALL THE BEST JTB
