Harry: Diebold has done very well. I thought DBD was a rather well- known and popular DRIP. PMC Capital is not followed by many. It has about a 8.5% dividend return right now (was over 10% about a year ago). It also gives you a 2% discount from the market price when you make contribution. Stock price has been slowly climbing. I like to have a financial drip in my group. PMC's website is: marketnet.com As far as timing contributions...this shouldn't be an issue with drips. I will weigh my contributions more heavily in those companies that I feel are undervalued relative to the rest of my drips. I guess this is a type of "timing." I send in my contributions about 7-10 days before the investment date.
