on co. called iSTAR Internet Inc. Will trade later this month on the
TSE.

Highlights:

-Leader of the Canadian Internet access and services mkt.
-Reliable, High speed and low cost National network.
-Full Range of Products focused on Commercial users
-Attractive pricing relative to Comparable Internet Companies.

iSTAR will be priced at about $10 cdn.
