His confusion (IMO) is with the distance between Canada and Nevada! This might help, and correct me if I'm wrong; IDCN is actually registered in Nevada even though holdings are in Canada. But, it sounds like (not directly stated) the processing will be by the JV in Nevada. Are they going to transport the raw resources to Nevada to reduce to a saleable product, then ship to buyers? I think this is his question. Jim
